200kW Spiral Freezer Installation
Freezer replacement in a high-clearance warehouse —two evaporators mounted at 12 metres with just 2.5 metres between pallet racking, completed using custom lifting equipment and strict safety protocols without disrupting operations.
Blast Chiller
Purpose-built blast chiller designed to cool product from 70°C to 4°C within one hour —custom booster fans, plenums, and air vanes for uniform airflow, managed by a precision PLC for energy-efficient operation.
200kW Spiral Freezer
Full in-house installation of a 200kW spiral freezer powered by three Bitzer screw compressors —featuring electronic expansion valves, a Carel Boss central controller, and a 40-metre stainless steel suction line engineered for long-term durability.
